By accessing or using AI PDF Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

AI PDF Tools provides online PDF processing tools including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and AI-powered summarization of PDF documents.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload files containing malware, attempt to disrupt the service, use the service to process illegal content, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

5. File Processing

Uploaded files are processed and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not claim ownership of your files. We do not read or distribute your documents.

6. Free and Paid Plans

All plans include access to all 16 PDF tools. Free accounts are limited to 2 uses per day and 1 AI summary per day. Starter accounts ($5/month) have unlimited uses and 5 AI summaries per day. Pro accounts ($9.99/month) have 20 AI summaries per day and 200MB file support. Payments are processed through Creem.io.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss or damages resulting from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
